MINISTER of State in Ministry of Foreign affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Shakhbout Bin Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan has recently, paid a visit to the Tanzania exhibition pavilion at Expo 2020 fair in Dubai and showed interest in doing business with the East African country.
Sheikh Shakhboub said his country has a strong tie with African nations and the UAE is eager to work together for mutual interests with Tanzania.
The UAE Minister was eager to know the various crops produced in Tanzania in general, but particularly the avocado farming, which he said, could make a good business with his country.
He hailed Tanzanians for its commitment to attaining development, saying the nation under President Samia Suluhu Hassan will continue maintaining peace and tranquillity to achieve social and economic goals.
Some other African countries which are participating in the exhibitions are Kenya, Rwanda, Nigeria, Angola and South Africa.
The exhibitions which commenced in October 2021 to March 2022, were attended by more than 199 countries, ranging from sustainable farming to digital economies, education, medical engineering, infrastructure technology.
